15 Dec P + R Fall Wedding

I had such a great time photographing my old roommate and his bride! Phil and Rebekah are such an easygoing couple who are seriously perfect for each other. The initial plan was to have the wedding ceremony in the forest. Unfortunately, a storm rolled in and the snow prevented any vehicles to enter the park. With plan B in full effect, the wedding took place in front of the fall colors of the orchard in the back yard. Everything still looked great for their wedding and the ceremony was perfect timing for golden hour. I have to say, their first look was one of the more emotional one that I have photographed.

I agree, the “reveal photos”, so poignantly beautiful, and the fall colors as a backdrop were perfect! I loved how the back lighting lit up her veil into a glow around my granddaughter Rebekah as she walked down the aisle – ethereal!
